Clean quiet, upscale place to live that is pet friendly and located in a very good area of Simi All aspects of the property are well-maintained. Proud to live here.

Great location, quiet, friendly neighbors, and great management.

I would tell them it is a nice area the apartments are spacious, the grounds are well kept. 24 Hour gym use (which I personally love) and the turn around time for a maintenance request is fabulous! I have never lived by myself before and this place has made it more comfortable for me because it is so laid back. The only complaint I would have to bring up is the walls are thin, and it is easy to hear the people above you.

Property manager and staff work extremely hard to provide the best, quality, consisitent, customer servie to everyone!

It's a quiet environment, updated units and grounds are kept up.
